EXPERIENCE

Building production software and advising startups

Associate, AI & Software Engineering

CURRENT

Tech Incubator at Queens College (TIQC)

Flushing, NY

February 2025 - Present
  • →Ran full client delivery for Momo Crave (restaurant): on-site discovery with the owners, a written consultation report, and a three-day website rebuild — single-page HTML, SCSS compiled to CSS, vanilla JS, and vendored Bootstrap, Owl Carousel, Magnific Popup, and Waypoints.
  • →Owned the Momo Crave sales funnel backend in GoHighLevel (pages, automations, email, pipeline, opportunities, domain), set up their Clover POS, trained the owners, and handed off — the client returned for a second funnel around a Happy Hour promotion.
  • →Built the Lease Sync app MVP end to end (React Native, Node.js/Express, MongoDB, Redis, CI/CD): development, testing, validation, full documentation, and a screen-recorded walkthrough.
  • →Led the Reward app MVP — a reward-based gaming and survey app — from PRD through frontend and backend to a delivered prototype (React Native, Firebase).
  • →Built the foundation of an AI agent system and chatbot with prompt engineering and NLP to field prospective-client inquiries, and researched and developed the TIQC entry/exit system.
  • →Ran a closed AI development loop across tools — ChatGPT for the PRD, Claude Code as primary builder and debugger, Gemini as auditor, Google Stitch for design — keeping build and audit on different models.
  • →Onboarded an intern with no software background mid-project on Lease Sync (working independently within days, delivered ahead of deadline) and taught 8 AARI Fellowship fellows to build apps with AI, starting with security.
  • →Hold regular consulting sessions with 5–6 clients and founders — feedback on their ideas, resource and people connections, and pain-point diagnosis across operations and logistics.
  • →Built and automated internal databases (clients, interns, inventory, computers, keys, assets) with visualization — ~50% operational-efficiency gain, ~60% faster inventory lookup — and led the reception redesign with floor-planning research.
  • →Produced marketing and visual content: animated TV display content, three prompt-engineered AI video ads, a client hero video and a Google Veo explainer, and AI renders of the full reception space for renovation planning.
  • →Diagnosed networking issues and resolved recurring TV, computer, printer, and projector problems for TIQC and clients, wrote the Printer SOP, and led or supported the Public Library Job Fairs, AARI Info Session, Girls Who Code, and Queens Tech Night.

Impact: Full-stack delivery, client consulting, training, operations, and creative — across the incubator and its clients.
